Logan Square’s L To Begin Pre-Leasing Next Week

Curbed Chicago has published the first interior renderings of L, a transit-oriented development in Logan Square, and announced dates for pre-leasing and move-ins. Starting March 19th, the Luxury Living Chicago Realty team will be working on-site at L to pre-lease the Logan Square apartments for move-ins beginning mid-May.

At 2211 N. Milwaukee, L will offer residents a variety of conveniences not currently found in Logan Square or Bucktown. The building has embraced technology by utilizing keyless technology, where residents access their apartments and common spaces from their smart devices. Residents will be able to cancel their gym memberships, as L will have a fitness center on-site with brand-new equipment. The outdoor sun deck will provide multiple spaces intended for different uses, with patio seating, grilling areas, a retired L car lounge, water feature, and usable green space for games.

Residents who bike to work will appreciate the ground-level Bike Kitchen with 200 spaces, a work bench, washing station, bi-annual tune-ups, and partnership perks with local retailers. The residents will be assigned a personal rack based on their bike model. The Bike Kitchen also has a vestibule entrance directly on Milwaukee Avenue, which was an intentional design by the developer, Property Markets Group.

The 120-unit building has a thoughtful mixture of floor plans, from junior one bedrooms with modular walls to efficiently-designed one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The modern apartments feature stainless steel energy-efficient appliances, wide plank flooring, quartz countertops, roller shades, custom closets, and washer/dryer in-unit.

L is seeking a LEED Silver designation and the developer’s environmental commitments are reflected throughout the property. The most notable element may be L’s rooftop solar panel technology, which provides a good portion of the building’s energy in line with the state-of-the-art, efficient HVAC system.
