Luxury Living Chicago Realty Team Welcomes Four New Members

Luxury Living Chicago Realty is excited to announce the addition of four team members. This is the team’s second expansion of 2016, bringing the total number of new hires this year to nine. With a variety of backgrounds and experience, the new team members will enhance Luxury Living’s Exclusive and Brokerage Teams as they continues to grow.

Nate Lawrence, Portfolio Leasing Manager, was previously the Regional Director of Leasing for CA-Ventures overseeing a portfolio of 7 buildings across the country. After receiving a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University, Nate moved to downtown Chicago and never looked back. With both commercial and residential real estate experience, he has a very good pulse on the market in Chicago and stays on top of trends and patterns in order to stay one step ahead at all times.

Business Development Manager, Shannon Moore evaluates, recommends and creates synergies between all aspects of the company to help drive incremental business. After receiving her degree in Business Marketing from the University of San Diego, Shannon worked for the world’s premier luxury hospitality company, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. After 9 years in hotels, she joined the Luxury Living Chicago team to continue her passion for exceptional customer service and working for the best in the industry.

The Exclusive Team gained two excellent new Residential Consultants, Joshua Smith and Briana Allen. Joshua and Briana provide unparalleled service while assisting clients to find the perfect home within Luxury Living Chicago’s exclusive portfolio. Joshua brings years of high-end, client-based hospitality experience in San Francisco and Chicago. He was born in the Chicagoland area but lived and worked most recently in San Francisco, where his interest in the real estate market first took hold while working for a celebrity chef. Originally a native of a small town in western Illinois, Briana has since called Chicago home for the past nine years. She spent the first six years of her career working within the commercial real estate industry before transitioning to the residential side at Luxury Living Chicago. She holds a degree in Marketing and International Business from Loyola University of Chicago.
