About Sean Holland

Sean Holland is originally from Rochester, NY where he went to school for marketing and finance. While attending business school, he traveled to multiple large cities around the United States and knew he would call Chicago home after his very first visit.

Sean’s goal has been to build lifelong relationships with his clients by providing them with a great service experience and a wonderful home. Sean uses his deep knowledge of the local market to find his clients the absolute best option. To date, he has helped over 300 clients find their home in Chicago. Sean’s ability to quickly understand his client’s diverse perspectives is one of his many strengths.

A grilling enthusiast, Sean has been known to fire up the grill and throw on a dozen wings, even in Chicago’s subzero weather. His search for the perfect wing sauce requires a lot of trial and error. When not grilling, Sean enjoys cycling, summer street festivals and Chicago’s amazing beaches.

The options he provided matched perfectly with what I was looking for and I found my new apartment during our tour of three different properties. He listened to my likes/dislikes and provided honest feedback based on his vast experience in this business. Chicago offers a lot of choices, particularly in the market of new high-rises that seem to be popping up everywhere, but Sean was well-versed in the pros and cons of these locations.
