About Tamara Hirsch

Tamara Hirsch serves as the Director of Portfolio Leasing for Luxury Living. As the Director of Portfolio Leasing, Tamara works with the Luxury Living Chicago Development Team to oversee the day-to-day operations. She works closely with developers to provide insight into market trends and pricing.

Tamara’s previous roles as Senior Portfolio Leasing Manager, Senior Broker Associate, and Listing Manager with Luxury Living Chicago have provided her with great experience in the downtown Chicago luxury rental and condo market. This allows her to provide a unique perspective from both the client/customer viewpoint, as well as, the owner/developer viewpoint. She has been recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors as a Top Producer Rentals in 2015 and 2016.

Her ten years of experience in the luxury leasing and property management industry enhances her knowledge and enthusiasm for the real estate market. She began her career as an on-site leasing consultant for Golub & Company, where she played a role in the lease-up of Streeter Place in the Streeterville neighborhood.

Tamara has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago.

Tamara was born and raised in the high-rises of the city of Chicago and loves everything about the downtown lifestyle. She loves spending time with her Wire Fox Terriers and exploring the different Chicago neighborhoods, restaurants, and shops, as each area evolves and grows year after year.

I had never lived in Chicago before and was about a month into looking for an apartment when I came across Sam. He was so responsive, straight-forward and knowledgeable that I agreed to see a few places with him and within a week had found the perfect place. He was the most well organized, punctual and reliable people I’ve worked with and he was on top of the process to and through my lease signing. Will absolutely look to work with him if/when I’m ever in the market for real estate again.

I feel so fortunate I connected with Angel. From day 1, she was kind, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me put a list of properties in River North and scheduled all the showings. I’m moving to Chicago from another state so I had to fly for the weekend to see the apartments. Angel made the whole experience so easy: she picked me up at my hotel (which she kindly recommended), took me to all the showings which only took a few hours and by the end of the day I picked my place, applied and got approved within 48 hours. Looking for an apartment? Madeline Sears is your girl. From day one, Madeline’s poise and professionalism placated all of my fears about moving out of state. She provided well-researched leads and walked me through the nuances of each property and neighborhood I was looking it. When I met Madeline to see apartments in person, she kept a detailed diary of each one (the size, rent, pet deposits, etc.), so that I could focus on evaluating the space. She’s followed up to congratulate me and inform me that my lease went through, as well as make sure I’m taken care of. Truly a great experience. I’ve already recommended her to a coworker who is looking to move to Chicago. Highly recommend!

I spoke with Tristen at Luxury Living Chicago and he was able to be very communicative and helpful with my search for an apartment in Chicago. Coming from out of state, it can be overwhelming without the assistance of someone to lend a hand — but Tristen was able to work with my schedule, set appointments and provide me with a list of apartments to review prior to setting a date for touring.
