NEXT River North Apartments Top Off – Pre-leasing to Start Soon

On March 15th, Fifield Companies held an official topping off ceremony for its next apartment project, NEXT River North apartments – 347 West Chestnut Street.

Located on a now very active stretch of Orleans Street, when Fifield purchased the land several years ago, Vice Chair Randy Fifield, described the site as “a well kept secret.”

However, this area of River North is now lined with construction cranes building luxury Chicago apartments and condos, making it the next hot frontier of residential living in the city.

Chicago’s renters will undoubtedly be impressed by the luxurious finishes and amenities at NEXT. The apartment building will offer floor plans ranging from convenient studios, one, two and three bedroom layouts. Interiors were designed by Sucie Horner, LTD to elevate apartment living and will feature plank flooring throughout, quartz countertops, GE stainless steel appliances, Grohe Concetto faucets, glass tile backsplashes, oak-faced paneled cabinetry, 9′ ceilings, walk-in closets (select units) and oversized windows with views of Lake Michigan and downtown Chicago.

In true Fifield fashion, the 310-unit building is packed full of programming for residents and amazing amenities with an outdoor pool and spa, sun terrace with cabanas, outdoor grill and dining, fitness club with indoor/outdoor yoga studio, business center with conference room and presentation screen, state-of-the-art screening TV with surround sound, resident lounge, demonstration kitchen, coffee bar and arcade gaming center.

The building is ultra-dog friendly and will even boast its very own “community dog,” named Daisy. She’s a lovely black Newfoundland and she’ll hang out in NEXT’s lobby greeting residents and guests. She can even be taken for walks by residents.
